Optional hike afterwardsEvery sunday after yoga and chanting, we hike down into Upper - Bidwell Park and visit our favorite caves and swimming holes. Typical hike time is 2-3 hours. Please bring sturdy shoes and water. Meditation and chanting hikes into Little Chico canyon are being planned. These hikes are designed to be easier with lots of stops at meditation sites for yoga and chanting. For more info call 530-342-4638
Free ShuttleWe are offering a free shuttle service with 2 pick-up points. We will be at the corner of Orient and Third street (in the municipal parking lot) at 6:30 a.m. We will wait 10 minutes then proceed to the park and ride lot at Ninth street and Fir street for a 5 minute wait. We will be driving a large White Dodge Sprinter Van. A shuttle ride will be available after Yoga and after the hike back to the two pick-up points. |
